The JIEZI (named after the "Mustard Seed") is a masterclass in blending Eastern aesthetics with modern tech. It is designed for the minimalist who wants high-end features like PEQ and DSD support without the bulky chassis of a desktop-class dongle. It’s an artistic yet functional piece of gear.

Imaging and Soundstage: 3.5/5

While it shares similar power output to the JA11, the JIEZI feels more refined. The noise floor is impressively low , making it dead silent even with the most sensitive multi-driver IEMs. It isn't meant for heavy planars, but for daily IEM use, the technicalities are incredibly sharp for its size.

Sound Signature: Energetic & V-Shaped (Out of Box)

The JIEZI has a bit more "personality" than the neutral Allegro Mini. It features a slight boost in the mid-bass and lower treble, giving music a more energetic, engaging feel. However, thanks to the 10-band high-precision PEQ, you can completely rewrite its DNA using the FiiO Control app to match any sound profile you prefer.

Design & Portability: 5/5

Visually, this is one of the most beautiful dongles on the market. The laser-engraved lucky clouds and geometric patterns give it a 3D texture that feels premium. Weighing only 6g, it’s virtually weightless, and the palladium-plated oxygen-free copper cable is wrapped in a dual-layer silicone and fabric braid for maximum durability.

Versatility: 4.5/5

The JIEZI B is a rare find—offering a 4.4mm jack in a lightweight "tail" format. While it uses a common-mode architecture rather than a fully balanced circuit, it allows you to use your 4.4mm cables without an adapter. Plus, the inclusion of UAC1.0 support means it’s a plug-and-play beast for the Nintendo Switch and PS5.

Potential Drawbacks:

The power output is modest; you won't be shaking your brains with high-impedance headphones. Additionally, JIEZI A users should note that in-line control support can vary depending on the OS (it works best with Android and HarmonyOS).
